2. Account requirements

• You must be a Pakistani resident with a valid CNIC.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use a real Pakistani mobile number you control.
• You may hold one account per person. Multiple accounts are grounds for suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.

3. Driver agreement

If you post a ride as a driver, you also agree:

• Your vehicle is roadworthy and complies with all applicable Pakistani laws.
• You hold a valid driving licence.
• Your insurance status is your own responsibility. Doublesixride does not provide vehicle, driver, or passenger insurance.
• You will not solicit additional payments at the pickup beyond the price you posted.
• You will treat every passenger with respect, regardless of gender, religion, or background.
• You will follow the women only ride rule when you mark a ride as such.

4. Passenger agreement

• You will pay the agreed price in cash at pickup.
• You will arrive at the pickup point on time.
• You will treat every driver and fellow passenger with respect.
• You will rate every ride honestly.

5. Payments

All payments are cash, between passenger and driver, at the time of the ride. Doublesixride does not handle, hold, or process any money during the launch period. We will introduce a small platform fee in the future and notify you with at least 30 days notice.

6. Cancellations

• Passenger cancellations are free until 1 hour before departure.
• Driver cancellations within 1 hour of departure should be reported via Contact; the affected passengers may be offered priority assistance to find a replacement ride.
• No-show passengers and no-show drivers are reflected on profiles. Repeat patterns lead to suspension.

7. Liability limitations

Doublesixride is a marketplace connecting drivers and passengers. We are not a transportation provider, employer, or insurer. We do not own the vehicles, employ the drivers, or guarantee the rides. Use of the platform is at your own risk. Verify driver, vehicle, and route details independently before each trip.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Doublesixride is not liable for losses arising from the conduct of any user, accident, delay, or property damage. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently nil during the launch period).

8. Disputes

Disputes between users should be raised first via the in-app reporting flow. We will mediate in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the safety standards described in /safety, or the law. Suspended users may appeal via Contact.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be communicated by email and via a banner on the home page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
