Trust is not a feature. It's the foundation.
Every driver is CNIC verified. Every account is tied to a real Pakistani number. Every ride leaves a public rating behind. We built it this way on purpose.
Four checks before anyone shares the road with you
-
CNIC verified
Every driver uploads the front and back of their CNIC plus a selfie. A human on our team reviews each submission within 24 hours. The CNIC verified badge means we have personally checked their identity. No exceptions.
-
Phone verified
Every account is tied to a real Pakistani mobile number. No throwaway accounts, no anonymous bookings. We share numbers between matched riders only after a booking is confirmed.
-
Public ratings
Drivers and passengers rate each other after every ride. Ratings are public on the profile. Bad behavior surfaces fast and stays surfaced. The community keeps itself honest.
-
Live trip sharing
Share your live trip with family in one tap. Coming with the launch. Until then, share your live location from your phone before every ride. Standard practice.
What we do that you don't see
A short list of the unglamorous work that keeps the platform safe.
-
Every CNIC submission gets a human review
Within 24 hours. We check the photo against the selfie, we cross reference the number against our records. Fake submissions get rejected, the account is flagged, the user gets a clear note.
-
Reports are read by a human, fast
If you report a driver or passenger via Contact, the message lands in our queue immediately. Serious reports (safety, harassment, fraud) get acted on within hours during business hours.
-
Suspicious accounts get auto flagged
Multiple cancellations in a row, repeat low ratings, mismatched phone, unverified CNIC after weeks: all of these flag an account for review. Reviewed accounts can be paused or removed.
-
No data sold, ever
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. The only people who see your full profile are you, your matched ride partner, and our small staff. Read the privacy policy for the full version.
Five habits of the safest passengers
-
1. Verify the plate before you get in
The driver's vehicle plate is on the ride detail. Match it before you open the door. If it does not match, do not get in. Cancel the booking, walk away, report.
-
2. Share your live location with family
Use WhatsApp's live location share with a family member for the duration of your trip. Habit, not optional.
-
3. Trust your gut
If something feels off, it is. Ask the driver to stop at the next safe place. Get out. Find another ride. We will refund any cancellation in this scenario, no questions.
-
4. Rate honestly
Five stars for genuinely great. Three for okay-but-nothing-special. One for actual problems. Honest ratings protect the next passenger.
-
5. Pay only the agreed amount
The price you saw at booking is the price the driver gets. Do not let anyone change the price at pickup. Report attempts to do so.
