Booking and payment

Do I have to pay before the ride?

No. You pay the driver in cash when you arrive at the pickup point. We never hold your money. There are no platform fees during the launch period.

What if the driver does not show up?

Cancel the booking from My Rides. Your seat is released and you can find another ride. Report the driver via Contact so we can investigate. Repeat no shows lead to account suspension.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, free of charge any time before the ride departs. Cancelling within 1 hour of departure is reflected on your profile, so cancel as early as you can.

Can I book multiple seats?

Yes, up to 4 seats at once if available. The seat picker on the booking modal shows the maximum the driver has open.

What is petrol mode?

Petrol mode lets drivers and passengers split the actual fuel cost instead of paying a fixed price. The driver enters their vehicle's fuel average (km per litre) on the post-ride form, and the platform calculates the petrol cost using today's price (the admin updates this weekly). The total is divided by the number of passengers. Example: a 375 km Lahore-Islamabad trip in a car that gets 13.5 km/L burns about 28 litres, costing roughly PKR 11,111 at PKR 400/L. Split between 3 passengers: PKR 3,704 each, settled in cash on the day of travel.

Can I bring luggage?

Mention it in the booking message via WhatsApp. Most drivers are flexible with one bag. Look for the "Luggage space" feature badge on the ride card.

Drivers and verification

How do I become a verified driver?

Upload the front and back of your CNIC plus a selfie on your Profile page. A human on our team reviews within 24 hours. Once approved, the CNIC verified badge appears on your profile.

Can I post a ride before my CNIC is verified?

Yes you can post, but you will not get the CNIC verified badge until we approve your submission. Verified drivers get more bookings, so submit your CNIC right after sign up.

Why does my plate matter?

Your number plate is on your driver profile and visible to passengers before they book. They expect to verify the plate at pickup. Required for all vehicles.

How is the price set?

You set it. The post ride form shows you the route average from recent rides so you can pick a fair number. Slightly above average is fine if your car is nicer; slightly below if you want to fill seats fast.

Can I post a recurring ride?

Yes. Toggle "Make this a recurring ride" on the post ride form, pick the days of the week, and we materialise instances 14 days into the future automatically. Great for daily commutes.

How do I see my bookings as a driver?

Go to My Rides, switch to the "As a driver" tab. Each ride card shows how many seats are booked. Expand "See booked passengers" to view names and message them on WhatsApp.

Safety

Is my phone number shared publicly?

Never. Your phone is shared only with the driver after you confirm a booking, so you can coordinate pickup on WhatsApp. Other passengers cannot see it. The public profile shows only your name, photo, rating, and trip count.

Are women only rides really only for women?

Yes. The driver marks a ride women only when they post it. Only verified women passengers can book. Look for the "Women only" badge in search results.

What if I feel unsafe during the ride?

Ask the driver to pull over at the next safe place. Get out, find another ride. Call 15 (police) or 1099 (women's helpline) for any active threat. Report the driver via Contact afterward; we will investigate within hours.

How do I report a driver or passenger?

Visit /contact and pick "Driver issue" or "Account & profile". A real person reads every report. Serious safety reports get acted on within hours during business hours.

Can I share my live trip with family?

In app live trip sharing is coming with the launch. Until then, share your live location from WhatsApp with a family member before every ride. Standard practice.

Account and profile

How do I sign up?

Visit /auth and switch to the Sign up tab. We need your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email, and a password. Account is created instantly.

I forgot my password.

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign in form. We email you a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.

Can I change my phone number?

Phone changes need SMS verification, which is rolling out soon. Until then, contact us and a real person will help you change it after verifying your identity.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Profile, scroll to Account actions, click Delete my account. Your profile is anonymised and any active rides are cancelled. Booking and rating history is kept (anonymously) so the other party still sees their record.

What does my public profile show?

Name, photo, joined date, rating, completed rides count, and bio if you wrote one. We never show your phone, email, or address publicly.

Pricing and refunds

Are there platform fees?

Not during the launch period. The price you see is the price the driver gets, in cash, at pickup. We will introduce a small platform fee in the future and we will tell you well in advance.

How much does a typical ride cost?

It depends on the route. Lahore to Islamabad averages around PKR 1,200 per seat. Karachi to Hyderabad around PKR 800. The post ride form shows live route averages from recent rides.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

There is nothing to refund. We never charge your card; you pay cash on the day. Cancellation is free until 1 hour before departure. After that, your account reflects a cancellation but no money changes hands.

What if the driver charges more at pickup?

Refuse politely. The price you saw at booking is the only price the driver agreed to. Pay only that amount and report the driver via Contact. We act on these reports fast.
